Ways to Work With Me
Prenatal 1:1
Private prenatal sessions offer individualised support throughout pregnancy, adapting as your body changes with each trimester. Work focuses on breathing, posture, pelvic floor awareness, and steady strength to help you feel supported and confident in your movement.
Postnatal 1:1
Postnatal sessions provide a gradual, considered return to movement after birth. Together we focus on rebuilding strength, restoring coordination, and reconnecting with your core in a way that feels steady and sustainable. The emphasis is on supporting recovery at your pace, without pressure or urgency.
Prenatal Small Group
Small-group prenatal classes offer supportive, informed Pilates in a calm and welcoming setting. Sessions focus on gentle strength, mobility, and breathwork, while allowing space for individual adaptations within the group. Helping you stay connected to your body during pregnancy.
How Pilates Can Support You
Thoughtfully adapted Pilates can help support posture, breathing, and efficient movement as your body changes. Work often includes gentle core and pelvic floor awareness, balanced strength and mobility, and breathing practices that can be helpful during pregnancy and birth.
Many clients find this approach also helps reduce common discomforts such as back, neck, and hip tension, while encouraging a sense of physical and emotional steadiness.
Pre & Post Natal Pilates with Aoife
My work is grounded in advanced training in pregnancy and postnatal Pilates, alongside a calm, somatic-informed teaching style. Sessions prioritise awareness, breath, and sustainable strength rather than pushing or overexertion.
Please note: Pre and postnatal work is offered mainly in private 1:1 sessions to ensure appropriate support and individual care. Depending on suitability, I occasionally run prenatal courses from Rose Clinic, Bray. These courses best suit active moms-to-be who want to maintain fitness throughout pregnancy.

Rates are based on South Dublin locations; travel further afield can be arranged as needed.
