Group Classes | Mat Pilates

Pilates classes focus on core strength, breath, and alignment, supporting balanced movement and body awareness. Sessions are taught in small groups (maximum 10 participants) to allow for individual attention and a steady, well-paced practice.

Please note: Group classes are designed for general movement and are not suitable during pregnancy or for those currently managing injuries or undergoing rehabilitation. If this applies to you, I offer personalised 1:1 sessions and would be happy to discuss appropriate options.

Senior Pilates & Seated Pilates

I offer carefully adapted Pilates sessions for older adults, including flexion-free mat work and chair-based classes. Flexion-free sessions support strength, balance, and mobility while maintaining a neutral spine, making them suitable for those who need to avoid forward spinal flexion. Seated Pilates provides a stable, accessible format using a chair to support posture, coordination, and joint mobility.

Both approaches prioritise steady, controlled movement and clear guidance, helping participants maintain confidence, functional strength, and ease in everyday activities. These classes can be delivered within community settings, residential environments, or private venues. Private 1:1 Sessions

For Mothers to Be & New Mamas

Private sessions offer a personalised approach to Pilates, shaped around your body, history, and goals.

These sessions are designed for woman navigating pregnancy and postnatal recovery. They begin with a short conversation to understand your needs and background, and continue into an exercise schedule that suits your body and your goals. 

Work is paced thoughtfully, with close attention to how your body responds, helping you build strength, confidence, and ease in movement over time.

Sessions can take place by appointment in the comfort of your home.

Injury-Aware Pilates

Injury-aware private sessions offer a personalised approach to Pilates, shaped around your body, history, and goals.

These sessions are tailored to you, so you can return to movement with confidence. They begin with a short conversation to understand your needs and background, and continue into an exercise schedule that suits your needs. 

Please note: It is advised that you check in with your physio or health care professional to get clearance for return to exercise before booking an appointment. 

Sessions can take place by appointment in the comfort of your home.
