Building Resilience Over Time

Sustained desk-based work, long meetings, and high cognitive demands can gradually affect posture, mobility, and physical comfort. While short-term support can relieve tension, longer-term consistency allows strength and coordination to develop more steadily.

Workplace Resilience offers a structured wellbeing programme to help staff maintain energy, posture, and physical comfort over sustained periods of desk work and supports comfort and focus throughout the working week.

How it Works

Workplace Resilience | Wellbeing Programme Structure
  • Eight to ten weekly on-site sessions
  • 60-minute small-group format
  • Progressive structure across the term
  • Mats and equipment are provided
  • Minimal flexible set-up
  • Light-touch feedback and progress reflections
Sessions build results over time, allowing participants to gain confidence in the movements and notice incremental improvements in comfort and stability.

How the Programme Develops | What to Expect

Workplace Resilience | Results-driven movement programme

  • Weeks 1–2 → reduce tension, improve awareness
  • Weeks 3–5 → build strength and mobility
  • Weeks 6–10 → reinforce sustainable movement habits

Programme Focus | Workplace Wellbeing

The Workplace Resilience wellbeing programme typically includes:

  • Core and spinal stability for support while seated at a desk

  • Mobility for shoulders, hips, and thoracic spine to reduce pain and tension

  • Breath-led movement to target stress and tension build-up

  • Strength patterns that carry into daily tasks

  • Practical desk-based movement guidance and tips

The emphasis remains on quality of movement and coordination to build physical resilience.

Light-Touch Tracking

Continuity & Reflection | Workplace Wellbeing Goals

At the beginning of the programme, staff complete a short consultation form to help guide the structure of the sessions. Progress reflections are gathered throughout, with a brief end-of-programme summary available for HR outlining general themes and observations (no personal or health data).

This helps organisations understand engagement and impact without adding administrative burden.

Who's it for?

Workplace Resilience is suited to:
  • Organisations seeking results-driven, longer-term wellbeing support in Dublin
  • Teams with predominantly desk-based roles
  • Companies introducing  structured movement support
  • Groups with varied movement experience
This programme is designed for organisations looking for sustained development over time, rather than a short-term reset. For a shorter-term solution see the Reset & Restore Programme.
