My work centres on helping people move with greater ease, awareness, and sustainable strength. Through mat Pilates, I support individuals and organisations to build confidence in movement and develop strength that carries into everyday life.

My interest in movement developed through a background in dance and aerial performance, where I first became fascinated by the relationship between strength, coordination, and body awareness. That experience led me towards Pilates as a structured approach to understanding how the body moves, adapts, and rebuilds strength over time.

Background & My Unique Approach to Teaching

I am a comprehensively trained mat Pilates teacher with advanced training in pregnancy and postnatal Pilates, injury-informed movement, and working with a range of pathologies. These additional studies allow me to adapt sessions carefully and responsibly, supporting clients through periods of change, recovery, and rebuilding strength.

Alongside my movement education, my background in project management and production informs the structured way I design and deliver sessions. I understand how to work within organisational environments as well as private settings, ensuring programmes are clear, reliable, and thoughtfully paced.

My teaching style is calm and attentive, with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and quality of movement rather than intensity. I believe Pilates should feel supportive rather than punishing — a way to reconnect with your body, rebuild trust in movement, and develop strength that carries into everyday life.

Based in South Dublin, I work with individuals in private sessions, small groups, and workplace environments across the wider Dublin area.
